Around this time last year, a newly-single Taylor Swift returned to Manhattan–and took up a new apartment while her other $20 million Tribeca penthouse was being renovated. Tay stayed in a fancy four-story West Village carriage house for $40k a month. That house is now on the market for $24.5 million. Inside, you'll find an indoor pool, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a garage, and a two-story patio. Casual.
