"This is my ex-girlfriend," he told GQ, raising his wrist in a video where he breaks down all his tattoos. "I kinda tried to cover her face up with some shading, but people still know."
There would be a lot of cleavage on her.
Of that likely ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez (who herself said she "can't do it anymore" with him), Bieber told Access Hollywood this fall: "[She] is someone I love dearly. I'm never going to stop loving her."
So, Drake and Jelena fans, it really was forever for Justin, too.
