Justin Bieber continued his Swag era by surprising fans with the music video for “Yukon” on Instagram this afternoon. The video was a family affair, featuring footage of Justin with his wife, Hailey, and son, Jack, splashing around in the water.
Justin and Hailey kept Jack’s full face hidden in the footage, with water obscuring one shot of Jack as he looked at the camera while in his mom’s arms. The careful positioning continues the couple’s commitment to protecting their son’s privacy while also giving fans a taste of their life with him.
The roughly three-minute video, shot and directed by Cole Bennett, offers the most intimate look yet at the family of three at leisure. It also gives further proof that Justin and Hailey’s relationship remains strong after weeks of rumors about possible trouble between them:
Justin used several tracks on Swag to make his commitment to Hailey and his family clear. In the lyrics of “Yukon,” the singer reflects on how he can’t imagine his life without Hailey. As he sings in the chorus, “What would I do (What would I do?) / If I didn’t love you, babe?” Fittingly, Hailey is prominently featured in the video—kissing him, embracing him, and more.
