Stella McCartney Goes Surfing Too

Fashion is really doubling down on its surf obsession this season. Stella McCartney joined the beach party with a spring 2019 collection that was heavy on the tie dye (that Justin Bieber is a trendsetter!), wet suit-inspired body suits, and jelly-fish-esque ruffles along the hems of flouncy skirts and in zipper-detailing. Bodysuits were worn with low-slung baggy suit pants. The whole vibe was very surfer girl who DGAF. Just throw on some pants over a wet suit and a tie dye tee and you're good to go. The dressed up looks towards the end—lingerie slips and sheer floral print gowns—felt very unfussy and would go just as well with bare feet or sneakers as with heels.
