If there's one hairstyle prevailing as the ultimate summer cut right now, it's the choppy fringe. From Dakota Johnson to Taylor Swift, stars have been eschewing soft, sweeping bangs in favour of fuller, more daring fringes that nod to an increasing fascination with bolder haircuts (see: the return of the pixie cut and ever popular bob).

The latest celebrity to do so is Bella Hadid, who just debuted summer’s most stylish fringe trend. After debuting golden blonde hair earlier this summer (a colour transformation that had been expertly crafted by the hairstylist Syd Hayes), Hadid it seems is now experimenting with her lengths, too.

In a campaign for the Milanese brand, Miss Sixty, the model and founder showed off a new choppy set of bangs that fell just above the brow, featuring soft layers and a letterbox-style fringe.

Hadid is no stranger to a hair transformation. During Cannes Film Festival in May, the model showcased her radiant crème brûlée blonde tresses, which were a strong colour contrast from her classic chocolate lengths. And while she has experimented with bangs before (in 2022, she revealed a new fringe for the launch party of her brand, Kin Euphorics), this marks her first venture into a glistening blonde with a choppy fringe.
