Not since Valentino's SS20 Couture show, featuring every supermodel from Naomi Campbell to Kaia Gerber, has a fashion show broken the internet quite like Jacquemus' own SS20 show.

The 10th Anniversary for Simon Jacquemus' eponymous brand, last night's 'Le Coup de Soleil' (or 'The Sunburn') was hosted in Valensole, southeastern France’s heavenly and vast lavender fields that are in full bloom for a mere month each year.

Showing both men's and womenswear on a Cerise pink, and seemingly infinite, runway, a series of elegant and diverse models floated down. It was dreamy Instagram fodder for the show's stylish guests, which included Emily Ratajkowski and Camille Charriere.

ELLE UK contributor Susie Lau took to social media to film the show, sharing its entirety on IGTV. She wrote of the dream-like spectacular, 'Le Soleil all day everyday
Saturating, drenching, bleaching out
Colours of childhood memories
Return to Simon’s hand drawn fleurs
Man/Woman, Girl/Boy sunnin’, loungin’, clubbin’ from sunrise to sunset
A Jacquemus Universe
Joy of Joyyyyyyyyyyy.'

As well as being an arresting display, the show was full of ingenious styling tips that you don't need a Jacquemus budget to copy (though, we're saving our pennies for the real thing already).

A single earring, oversized blazers, dad shirts and naked sandals were abundant on the brightly-hued catwalk - all items you can buy from Net-A-Porter to your local Oxfam and everywhere in-between.

The show had everything you could want from fashion: it played with proportion (diaphanous dresses verses minuscule bags), used varied fabrics (practical lycra paired with luxurious silk) and colour (Pepto-Bismol pink against sombre grey). Even quotidian items, such as pleated skirts, basket bags and rain coats were elevated to new heights.

So far, so obsessed. The next question really is: can we have it all?
