If we've learned anything this summer, it's that Salma Hayek's swimwear collection is never ending. Over the past few months, the 56-year-old has been making the most of bikini szn and making sure to keep her followers in the loop, too. A quick scroll down her Instagram feed and she's repped a yellow two-piece, patchwork triangle bikini, a turquoise Gucci swimsuit and a purple number, to name just a few.

What we're also quickly learning is that Salma's pool attire pairings are equally as stunning. We're talking a chic AF sheer white and purple kaftan over a purple string bikini to tap into the naked dressing look. And occasionally impractical, having worn '90s patent platform heels with her black ruched one-piece just last week.

But Salma's latest pool-side look is seriously stylish not to mention bang on trend.

Posing somewhat confusingly on her stairwell, Salma looks ready for the water wearing a plunging navy blue bikini top with cut-outs and lace-up tie detailings at the bust. She paired the swimwear with a *very* low-rise blue and white chevron patterned crochet maxi skirt complete with tasselled hem.

As well as highlighting her toned core, the skirt combines a number of this season's biggest trends. Crochet has been hugely popular thanks to the '70s fashion revival, while the low-rise and maxi length provides a more modern take thanks to the Y2K silhouette. All in all a big fashion win if you ask us, not to mention far more stylish than your average sarong.

Her followers seemed to agree in the comments section, writing:

SLAY QUEEN!!!! 🔥
Luv that skirt💪🏼💪🏼🌹🍷
Stunning queen!!❤️❤️
Gorgeous 😍

We think Jessica Alba summed it up best, simply commenting three fire emojis.

Keep the swimwear styling coming, Salma!
