There's nothing that marks the start of autumn quite like the sudden urge to start wearing tights and stockings, after months spent bare-legged and fancy-free. It can be a tricky and reluctant transition for some, but why not embrace it wholeheartedly à la Rosie Huntington-Whiteley?
The model has been going full steam ahead with her new season style during Paris Fashion Week, and enjoying a serious love-in with her hosiery drawer while she's at it, too. Earlier this week, Huntington-Whiteley arrived at the Saint Laurent SS25 show wearing a suspender dress with sheer stockings, while last night she attended a dinner to celebrate her new Wardrobe.NYC collection in yet another controversial hosiery trend.

Huntington-Whiteley has collaborated with the New York brand to curate her 'signature wardrobe' capsule, so naturally she wore the collection head-to-toe for the launch event at Caviar Kaspia – including, notably, a pair of fishnet tights.
The British model and style icon paired the statement tights with a co-ordinating sheer mesh bodysuit, a black bra, mini skirt and heels, plus dazzling diamond Tiffany & Co. jewellery and bold red lipstick for a hint of Hollywood glamour.
Undoubtedly, it's the fishnet tights that give the look its impact, elevate the aesthetic from classic to achingly cool, and have us seriously considering adding a few pairs into our own AW24 wardrobe rotation.
For styling inspiration, look no further than Huntington-Whiteley's Wardrobe.NYC collection, that sees the fishnets paired with oversize coats and blazer dresses, or peeking out from under longline sculpted skirts for a sultry take on boardroom style.
