To mark International Women's Day, new Mum Ashley Graham shared a very honest photo of herself during childbirth.
The model welcomed her first son, Isaac Menelik Giovanni Ervin, with her husband Justin Ervin in January.
Since then, the activist has been committed to portraying all aspects of mothering a newborn, from 'multitasking' breastfeeding photos, to sharing the stretch marks she developed during pregnancy, to changing nappies in shop aisles, to pumping in the back of a car on the way to work, Graham is showing the realities of motherhood.

But her most stirring post came on Sunday, when Graham posted a close-up photo of her face while she was in labour with her son.
In the image, Graham is seen crying and overcome with exhaustion and emotion and - if we're guessing correctly - pain.
But above all, the photo shows strength and what women's bodies are capable of - something which Graham referenced in her post.
'This is the face of my greatest strength,' wrote Graham. 'The greatest pain I've ever known and the greatest accomplishment that I've ever achieved.'
The presenter rounded off her post by celebrating the strength of all women.
Graham received a lot of praise for sharing the image, including from Amy Schumer - who wrote that the image made her cry -and Christy Turlington and Helena Christensen.
On her web series and podcast Pretty Big Deal, Graham was joined by Ervin where they discussed their experience of childbirth and having their first child. Graham revealed that she delivered her baby at home, after six hours of labour, with her husband by her side.
