There were countless epic moments that made up this year's BRIT Awards, held in London on February 11 2023, from Sam Smith's internet-breaking (and endlessly meme-able) inflatable latex outfit and Lizzo's fabulously all-pink-everything performance, to Shania Twain's surprise (and suitably iconic) appearance.
But beyond all the the larger-than-life looks, moving speeches and awe-inspiring performances, there was a far more subtle and surprising moment that really tugged at our heartstrings on the night. Namely, Stanley Tucci and Harry Styles' super sweet, and completely unexpected, bromance.
Harry Styles was awarded an impressive total of four BRIT Awards on the night, including song of the year, artist of the year and best album. The latter award was presented to the 29-year-old singer by none other than legendary actor Stanley Tucci – and their sweet exchange promptly got hearts racing the world over.

As Styles went up onto the stage to collect his award for his latest album Harry's House, he gushed before fans, 'There's literally no one I love more in the world than Stanley Tucci, so this means so much,' before adding, 'This night has been really special for me and I will never forget it.'
Styles and Tucci were subsequently spotted enthusiastically embracing one another, while laughing, smiling and whispering delightedly before fans. Earlier in the evening, Tucci had also told BRITs host Mo Gilligan, 'I like that Harry Styles.' Us too, Stanley, us too.
And as if the unlikely bestie duo's sweet on-stage moment wasn't enough, Stanley Tucci then took to Instagram to congratulate Styles – and gush about him further. Underneath a photo of the two on stage, Tucci wrote 'I listen to this man’s music everyday whilst cooking... It was a great honor to present Artist of the Year at the Brit Awards to the talented and kind soul that is my friend Harry Styles.'
Hilariously, actor Jamie Dornan also commented on the post. '@stanleytucci I’m more than happy to make way for @harrystyles . I guess we’ll always have New Year’s Eve,' he wrote, referencing a recent post of his on Instagram. Stanley Tucci, Harry Styles and Jamie Dornan? Now that's a friendship trio we never knew we needed.
