Remember when everyone battled for the coveted role of Mary in the school nativity play? Well, the job that ‘every girl would kill for’ has now been replaced. Instead of Mary in the Nativity, every little girl is now vying for the role of Meghan Markle in the Royal Wedding.

Yesterday afternoon, students at the Queensmead School in Windsor dressed in their best royal wedding clobber as they marched in their own wedding procession on Windsor Great Park’s Long Walk toward Windsor Castle.

Footage of the event tweeted by Kensington Palace showed the adorable little ones waving and clapping as they walked along the path, mirroring exactly what Harry and Meghan will do on their wedding day on Saturday.

From the looks of it, there was a mini Harry dressed in military uniform, a tiara-clad mini Meghan wearing a pink-trimmed white bridal gown.

One boy even dressed as the Archbishop of Canterbury, who will officiate Harry and Meghan’s wedding and there were baby dolls galore (presumably to represent Prince Louis?)

The parade came the same day the Palace announced the bridesmaids and page boys who have been chosen for the nuptials on Saturday.

But, it appears the school children already have ideas as to what the bridesmaids will wear on the big day, opting for rose pink (with black velcro school shoes, of course) dresses for their parade.

The bridesmaids include Princess Charlotte, Florence van Custem, Remi Litt, Rylan Litt, Ivy Mulroney and Zalie Warren.

Meanwhile, the page boys are Prince George, Jasper Dyer, Brian Mulroney and John Mulroney.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte will be dusting off their tails and flower baskets on Saturday as they previously performed similar wedding roles at the wedding of Pippa Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister, to James Matthews in May last year.

We can’t wait!
