Rihanna is continuing the baby talk this week, revealing that she’s taking supplements amid plans to become a mother.

The London-based singer – who recently revealed she has been in ‘exclusive relationship’ with Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel for over two years – has opened up about the steps she’s taking to have children.

‘A lot of women get very defensive,’ the 31-year-old told Extra about motherhood. ‘It’s personal, it’s our bodies, and of course it’s our time. It’s not necessarily everyone’s dream to be a mum… but it’s mine, so I’m fine.’

The Barbadian singer also shed light on just how she’s preparing to become a mother, adding: ‘I’m definitely feeling a shift. I’m growing up.

‘There’s things that I’m paying attention to that I’ve never paid attention to. Like supplements. And working out. And hearing about my bones.’

The Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty founder also said that she regrets not indulging in more ‘me time’ in-between launching new business ventures.

‘Looking back at these times in the book, I’d tell my younger self to take more vacations, because there’s hardly any time now,’ she added, days after launching her eponymously-titled autobiography.

‘I’ve worked so much and so hard, consistently, even when I was young,’ the singer added.

‘I never saw the day I could take a break and now it’s even more crazy. I can’t believe there was a time I only did music. Now, any little chance I can even get three hours to myself I take it. It was all worth it, though.’

Earlier this month, the entrepreneur opened up about her romance with Jameel, explaining to Vogue that the pair have been together ‘for quite some time’, noting: ‘It's going really well so I'm happy.'
