Native Los Angeleno cool-girl Dakota Johnson might already be able to call herself a sister, daughter and friend, but the Madame Web star can now also call herself an aunt.
It's a fact widely-acknowledged in Johnson-loving circles that she is the godmother of the Emmy-winning The Bear star, Jeremy Allen White’s two daughters — Ezer and Dolores — who he shares with his ex Addison Timlin (who, in turn, calls Johnson her 'best friend in the whole world'). Both Johnson, Timlin and White are also close friends with actor Blake Lee.

The Daddio actor and Martin Lee, a mutual friend of Timlin's and White's, were even among the small group of people who attended the former couple's Beverly Hills courthouse wedding in 2019. Two years prior, Timlin, White and Johnson participated in the Women's March protest after the presidential inauguration of Donald Trump, and per the Daily Mail, White also attended the 60th birthday party of Johnson’s mother Melanie Griffith.
Their solid friendship has resulted in Johnson building an inevitable solid rapport with the former couple's two children — and her godchildren — too. According to Backgrid, in October 2023, Johnson attended the birthday party of Ezer. The party was Halloween-themed, and per the outlet, the Fifty Shades of Grey star 'bought a mini pink SUV as a gift which made everyone laugh during the festive day of fun.'
That's not all. Johnson and White also managed to squeeze time out of their respective hectic work schedules in June 2024 to enjoy a day at the beach together in Malibu with White's children. Johnson was seen wearing a yellow bikini, while Allen opted to wear white trunks for his day with his family.
A matter of months later, following Johnson's birthday on October 4 2024, even more evidence emerged of the star entering her auntie era. Indie signer, Chase Cohls, who's believed to have been friends with Johnson for years posted a photograph of the actor holding her baby, shortly before celebrity stylist and close friend of Johnson's Jamie Mizrahi posted a similar photograph of the actor with her baby, which she captioned: 'We love you!!!'
