For a long period of time during the ascent of Andrew Garfield's acting career, he was romantically linked with his Spiderman co-star, Emma Stone. The couple dated for four years, and since then the 41-year-old actor has been involved with Rita Ora, Phoebe Dynevor and Alyssa Miller.
For a couple of months now, Garfield has been linked with Amelia Dimoldenberg, the host of Chicken Shop Date. The pair first met in November 2022 on the red carpet at British GQ's Man Of The Year Awards. Since the pair's interview that night, viewers were keen for the actor and presenter to go on a date, given their flirtatious conversation. This was further increased by yet another sweet interaction at the Golden Globes in 2023.
While they recently reconnected on an episode of Chicken Shop Date in October 2024, the pair are, unfortunately, for many fans, not actually dating.

Dr Kate Tomas (2024)
The latest romantic interest of Garfield is Dr Kate Tomas, a philosopher and a self-proclaimed witch, who holds two degrees from Oxford. The couple were first linked while on a date with Bo Burhnam and Phoebe Bridgers in March 2024.
The pair kept the vast majority of their relationship private, however, a source told Us Weekly, 'she's down to earth and he feels very comfortable with her.'
'Andrew really appreciates the fact that Kate is very different from other women he's dated. He thinks she has a great sense of humour and she's easy to talk to.'
Since their date in March, the couple were seen a couple of times in April, and once again in June, as they were spotted leaving Chiltern Firehouse together, as per the Daily Mail.
However, the pair's relationship came to an end a few months after Tomas confirmed the split in a post on her Instagram page. Explaining the break up she stated: 'We broke up months ago but I'm sure he will be happy to know that he is loved.'
Olivia Brower (2024)
Earlier this year, Garfield was linked to model Olivia Brower, after the pair were spotted together in London, as per The Sun. The pair were seen embracing one another, while smiling outside of Garfield's home.
This was the first and last time that they were spotted together, indicating a fleeting romance.
Phoebe Dynevor (2022)
Prior to Garfield being spotted with Brower, the actor was linked with fellow actor, Phoebe Dynevor in 2022. The 29-year-old Bridgerton actor was seen getting 'cosy' with Garfield upon meeting him at GQ's Men Of The Year Awards in London.
According to The Sun, an insider reported the following: 'Andrew and Phoebe clicked straight away, there was an immediate attraction. They know each other through various acquaintances in the business and plenty in common. But this is certainly no one-off encounter. After leaving together, they've since met up and are acting like a proper couple.'
Despite this, the pair have not been spotted together since this occasion and Dynevor is now believed to be engaged to actor Cameron Fuller.
Alyssa Miller (2021-2022)
Garfield and Alyssa Miller, a model, were first linked together back in November 2021 when they were pictured holding hands in New York City. They were spotted together again in February 2022 after attending a public event with one another. However, the couple split shortly after in March 2022, but were reportedly amicable with one another, as per People.
During this time, a source told the The Sun: 'They were together for quite some time before they went public, but work schedules mean it has been really hard to see each other. On top of that, it became clear that there were some differences between them, and it was decided they are better off apart, for now at least.'
Rita Ora (2018 to 2019)
Ora and Garfield were first spotted together at the end of 2018, which led to them apparently spending Christmas together, after they were pictured holding hands in London's Primrose Hill district.
According to an inside source from The Sun, their relationship initially appeared to be on the up. 'Things have started to heat up and she says what they have is the real deal. It is still very early days but they like each other and are seeing what happens. Their schedules make things different, but they have a real connection,' they said.
After four months together, the pair ended things in March 2019 due to the relationship coming to its natural end, however, it was alleged that Garfield was the one to end the relationship. Ora is now married to director Taika Waititi.
Susie Abromeit (2018)
Following Garfield's split from Stone in 2015, the actor reportedly took a three-year break from dating, and came back onto the scene with actor Susie Abromeit. The relationship was short lived and did not surpass much more than a few months.
Emma Stone (2011 to 2015)
Garfield's longest known relationship was with Spiderman co-star Emma Stone. They first met while filming The Amazing Spiderman, in which they played love interests.
During an interview with MTV News in 2012, Garfield stated that there was an 'instant connection' between the two while filming. He added: 'We got on really well as people, in between [takes]. That was the fun stuff: In between, we'd just mess around, and I felt, "Ah, this is different." I wasn't really aware what was happening in the screen test. She keeps you on your toes, and that wakes you up. That was the beginning.'
Later on that same year, he told Teen Vogue that he realised how special Stone was upon meeting her. 'It was like I woke up when she came in... It was like diving into white-water rapids and having no desire to hang onto the side. Throughout shooting, it was wild and exciting'.
During their relationship, the couple quickly became one of Hollywood's most adored celebrity couples, however, fans of the pair were then left devastated following news of their split in 2015.
According to an insider, their relationship was no longer working, although they ended on good terms. 'There was no drama, they've been apart while working. They still care about each other. They still have love for one another. They are on good terms with each other and remain close,' they said.
Other rumoured reasons surrounding their separation included long distance and Garfield working on the film Silence. According to People, a source claimed that the pair were taking a break from seeing one another. 'He's thrown himself in the project to the detriment of all else. Emma understands his work anxieties - it's why she originally pulled out of Cabaret last year and only did it this year - but they're taking a break from seeing each other. They're both a slave to their schedules. This time last year they were privately discussing marriage,' he said.
A different source had told Us Weekly that the couple's relationship ended due to Garfield being in an apparent 'dark place' while filming Silence, and that he 'was't being the best partner.'
Shannon Woodward (2008 to 2011)
During Garfield's rise to prominence in the film and TV industry, the actor dated fellow actor Shannon Woodward for three years. The pair reportedly spent a lot of time together, and Woodward accompanied Garfield on many of his work trips, up until their relationship fizzled out in 2011, when he began shooting The Amazing Spiderman and grew closer with his co-star, Emma Stone.
