7 Celebrities Who Have Fallen For Men In The Art World, From Ellie Goulding to Jennifer Lawrence
It seems the new relationship goal is to find someone one who works in art

In case you missed it, Ellie Goulding recently married ‘the love of her life’, Caspar Jopling, in a ceremony at York Minster cathedral that rivalled royal weddings in its lavishness and guestlist.
Friends Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and Sienna Miller sat among the pews to cheer on the happy couple, and the bride wore not one, but four designer dresses created by the likes of Chloé, Ralph and Russo and Stella McCartney.
The 'Lights' singer married Jopling – a 27-year-old art graduate who is an art dealer at one of the world's largest brokers of fine and decorative art, Sotheby’s, in London. The art expert, by chance, is the nephew of Jay Jopling, the founder of renowned gallery White Cube, based in London and Hong Kong.
However, Goulding isn't the only well-known face to have fallen in love with someone from the art world over the years. From model Edie Sedgwick's brief fling with artist Andy Warhol in New York during the 1970s to photographer David Bailey and model Jean Shrimpton’s engagement in the 1960s, the worlds of celebrity and art have often come together in romantic harmony.
The reason is obvious: those working in art are well-connected, culturally-educated, not short of a bob and yet stay well clear of the paparazzi light, meaning they’re less likely to attract national headlines.
From Ellie Goulding to Jennifer Lawrence, here is a list of our favourite celebrity-art dealer pairings:
