This adorable florists is entering its 11th year, after being founded by former model agency owner Melissa Richardson (née Alexander) around her kitchen table with collections of wildflowers from the Sussex woods.

At first, the floral decorations were made up in jam jars (hence the name) but have grown into 6,000 hanging decorations at the likes of Sketch in Mayfair and giant mythical creatures created out of dried flowers.
