Elisabeth Moss (June Osborne) In 'The Handmaid's Tale' Season Six
Season 6 of The Handmaid's Tale sees June pulled back into the fight for justice in Gilead, in which she is joined by Luke (O.T. Fagbenle) and Moira (Samira Wiley). Her journey will focus on resistance, power struggles, and navigating complex relationships, especially with Serena.
Moss' most notable acting credits include: Picket Fences (1992–1996), The West Wing (2001–2006), Mad Men (2007–2015), Top of the Lake (2013, 2017), Us (2019) and Shining Girls (2022). Unlike some of her cast member's Moss is not set to star in the upcoming sequel of The Handmaid's Tale, Testament, however, she will feature as the series' executive producer.
Yvonne Strahovski (Serena Joy Waterford) In 'The Handmaid's Tale' Season Six
In the final season, Serena Joy faces new challenges after Fred’s death, navigating Gilead's power struggles. Expect internal conflict, a complex relationship with June, explorations of redemption, betrayal, and consequences.
Strahovski began her acting career with several small roles, but rose to recognition after starring in Headland (2005). Since then, she's featured in the likes of: Chuck (2007–2012), Dexter (2012), Killer Elite (2011), 24: Live Another Day (2014), The Predator (2018)

Madeline Brewer (Janine Lindo) In 'The Handmaid's Tale' Season Six
In Season 6 of The Handmaid's Tale, Janine is captured by the Eyes after resisting reassignment as a Handmaid in Commander Lawrence's household. Her future remains uncertain, with Aunt Lydia possibly stepping in to try to save her.
