The 2024 US election has been one of the hottest topics of conversation in recent months, not to mention one of the most star-studded in history. Celebrities including Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, Julia Roberts and Rihanna have thrown their weight behind Kamala Harris' bid for president in various ways, while Beyoncé's rare appearance and impassioned speech at the Democratic candidate's rally in Texas made headlines earlier this month.

Now, after months of campaigning, the results are finally in, and it appears Donald Trump has come out on top. The former Republican president and convicted felon will officially return to the White House, after winning the key swing states needed for victory – and naturally, the world has a lot of thoughts.
